Current England Boxing vacancies

Head of Boxing Development

England Boxing is seeking to appoint a new Head of Boxing Development to oversee the delivery of comprehensive, consistent, industry-leading training and learning opportunities for coaches, officials and other volunteers within the sport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Investing In The Boxing Community element of England Boxing’s strategy and have significant input into other elements of the programme, including sporting technical input and roll out, better governance and creating stronger clubs.

Head of Talent

England Boxing is seeking to appoint a New Head of Talent to oversee and develop the Talent Pathways and the standard of Talent Pathway boxers.

The successful applicant will make a significant contribution to the organisation more broadly, as a key member of the senior management team, playing a key role in the overall development of the governing body.

Commercial sub-committee members

England Boxing is seeking to recruit two volunteers who have the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience to join the Commercial Sub-committee and help drive delivery. The Role will include the following:

  • To provide strategic input, advice and support into driving commercial and sponsorship growth through new and existing revenue streams to reduce the reliance on central funding.
  • To offer an insight of external factors facing England Boxing and the environment it operates in and thereby provide creative, informed and constructive input when considering the objectives and plans submitted by the Organisation.
  • Sub-committee members are in place for a maximum of two terms, (a term constitutes four years), but shorter terms of commitment may be considered.
  • Successful applicants will be expected to commit to attending four meetings a year, which are frequently conducted via Zoom.

This is a voluntary role, but reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be paid where applicable.
