If you are applying for an England Boxing position, please, in the first instance, email a CV and covering letter to hrapplications@englandboxing.org, unless specified otherwise.

Candidates may then be asked to take part in a telephone interview, or invited to attend for interview, where they may be requested to carry out tasks/tests that assess their suitability for the role.

Head of Community Development

England Boxing is seeking to appoint a new Head of Community Development to oversee the delivery of comprehensive, consistent, community programmes to support clubs with the aim of making them more resilient and sustainable within their local communities.

The successful candidate will support a broad-ranging community strategy, Stronger Clubs, that benefits boxing clubs and their local communities. The role will also play a full part in developing the overall England Boxing strategy and the recently-established England Boxing Foundation.

Club Support Officer, Yorkshire region

England Boxing is seeking to appoint a new Club Support Officer for the Yorkshire region to provide development support for boxing clubs in the area.

The successful candidate will work to agreed targets to provide meaningful data from the region to support data collection and insight, have a strong knowledge and understanding of what clubs need in order to be sustainable for the future and be able to engage with various key partners in the region to ensure that the most effective solutions to support affiliated clubs are delivered.

HR, Legal and Compliance sub-committee member

England Boxing is seeking to appoint two new members to its HR, Legal and Compliance sub-committee, which provides strategic direction, support, advice and expertise across various issues (including disciplinary and safeguarding).

It is essential that applicants have HR, Legal and/or Compliance expertise and experience (ideally within sport).

While these are voluntary roles, reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be reimbursed for travel to meetings, etc.
