Membership Administration Assistant

England Boxing is searching for a talented individual who will provide administration support for our members, boxers, coaches, officials and other volunteers.

As part of the Operations team, the candidate will play a key role in the delivery of the Membership Department’s obligations and requirements.

Head of Compliance

England Boxing is looking for a Head of Compliance to lead its regulatory, safeguarding, sport safety and disciplinary functions. This senior role will oversee governance and compliance across the organisation, drive regulatory change and support continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for contributing to the growth and development of the sport.

Membership & Development Working Group Member (Voluntary)

England Boxing is seeking a committed and experienced individual to join the Membership & Development Working Group on a voluntary basis.

The Group’s primary purpose is to enhance the strategic direction of the Membership and Community Departments to ensure all those engaging with England Boxing have a first-class experience.

The role holder will also contribute to the strategy of the England Boxing’s database (The Locker) and to provide further opportunities to volunteers & members through the system as appropriate. These objectives focus on the introduction, growth, and retention of participants in all aspects of boxing, as well as expanding and sustaining England Boxing’s membership.

The successful candidate will contribute to:
  • Developing policies and strategies related to Clubs, Membership, and Development in accordance with England Boxing’s Strategic Plan
  • Ensuring that England Boxing meets the needs of boxers, clubs, and regional associations
  • Assisting member clubs and regions with administrative and development matters.
