Boxing and Karate coach, Matthew Handley has been honoured for his incredible dedication to the martial art and was invited to Buckingham Palace earlier this year for the Royal Garden Party, hosted by His Royal Highness, King Charles.

Matthew started Karate at just nine years old and now holds a 5th Dan black belt. For over 20 years, he’s run a successful Karate club and worked as a British Para Karate coach too, helping make the sport accessible to everyone.

With the same passion, he set up One Bomber Amateur Boxing Club, giving people of all ages a welcoming place to learn, grow, and achieve their goals in boxing.

England Boxing congratulates Matthew on this well-deserved recognition and we can’t wait to see what’s next for him and One Bomber ABC!
