Box in Mind Makes a Return
May 11, 2026 | by Nabillah Akhtar
It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and to mark the occasion, England Boxing is relaunching its Box in Mind Course in collaboration with mental health charity, Mind.
As a National Governing Body, we remain committed to supporting mental health across our sport and are delighted that the course will now take place online, providing greater accessibility for our membership to attend.
Mental health problems affect one in five people, meaning everyone is likely to know someone who is experiencing mental health problems, even if it is not obvious, like a physical injury.
Those who attend will be given guidance on how to spot the signs that someone is struggling with their mental health and explain what they can then do to get that person the right help.
Our first course will be held on Thursday 4th June, spaces are limited and are available to book through The Locker and the cost of the course is just £15.
There are plans to launch many more courses throughout the year, depending on demand and popularity. For all course-related enquiries, the point of contact will be support@englandboxing.zendesk.com.

Please note:
The courses are available for people over the age of 16.
Course duration 3 hours (max).
