As the National Governing Body of Amateur Boxing, we are excited to be able to bring this opportunity to schools and community organisations allow more children to participate and progress in physical activity.
Fun and engaging boxing games and boxing skills will be delivered by fully qualified England Boxing coaches and all activities are non-contact.
There will be the potential for EB/GB boxer visits and gym visits, along with, an optional awards scheme and activator course.
Our coaching team have lots of experience delivering boxing in school settings, community organisations and to school aged children. Working alongside Sheffield City Council, Yorkshire Sport Foundation and the local School Sport Partnerships we have delivered at the below events to schools:

GB BOXING AWARDS PROGRAMME
This is a programme which schools can add on to the delivery. The Boxing Awards consist of six different levels, which all include different types of training, abilities and achievements. It is a good way of empowering and engaging the pupils in your school.
As a student completes each award, they will be able to progress onto the following award, which become more in depth. The first three awards are all Non-Contact and the remaining three awards involve technique development in modified sparring and must be coached in a club with a ring and qualified boxing coach.
At the end of each award, the participants will be given a medal and a certificate of completion!
This will have an additional charge work workbooks, certificates and medals.
ENGLAND BOXING ACTIVATOR COURSE
This is a five-hour detailed teaching boxing course that focuses on non-contact boxing, recreational activities and games for teachers, students 16+ and community leaders.
The course will teach all participants basic techniques, pads, Warm-ups, circuit games and session planning. With this comes School Games Skill Cards to help in the sessions.
This course will be delivered by fully qualified England Boxing Activator course tutors, who will have delivered sessions to lots of schools, community groups and multi-sport providers already.
There is also an equipment pack available that consists of: cones, gloves, stopwatch, Box tag vests (and tags), soft dodgeballs, coloured floor spots, gloves and a bag to store it and transport it all in.
