Sport England’s online Club Matters resource is keen to hear from members of boxing clubs about the impact the Coronavirus Pandemic and lockdown restrictions have had on their participation.

To help them understand what that means for clubs as they begin their return – whether outdoors or indoors – they are asking for boxers, coaches, officials and other volunteers to take part in a Club Matters national survey.

It will help Sport England and other sector organisations understand how they can best support people as they return to sporting activity.

The survey explores how people involved in a club environment before the pandemic feel about returning to activity as restrictions ease.

It is open to anyone who takes part, whether recreationally or on a competitive basis.

Even those who haven’t returned – or don’t plan to return at all – are welcome to offer their views, with parents and carers able to fill out the survey on behalf of children under the age of 16, or vulnerable adults.

As well as informing the future resources and support offered by Club Matters, key findings and insight will be shared with clubs, to help their decision-making and planning too.

The survey will be open until Friday 7th August and can be accessed via the following links:
