Chance to take first step into boxing coaching

Those living in Kent wanting to take the first step into boxing coaching have the ideal opportunity to find out what it involves at a series of roadshows in early August.

Olympia Boxing run a mentoring programme that can help attendees develop new skills while also getting in shape.

It is open to people of all sporting abilities and you do not need to have expertise in boxing to give it a go.

More information will be available at a series of roadshows across the county in the week beginning Monday 5^th August. Details of venues and dates are as below:

Monday 5^th August: Swale – Swallows Leisure Centre, Sittingbourne, 10-3pm

Tuesday 6^th August: Medway – Dockside Outlet Centre, Chatham, 10-3pm

Wednesday 7^th August:  Shepway – Folkestone High Street, 10-3pm

Thursday 8^th August: Thanet – Lark In The Park Event, Ramsgate, 12.45-4pm

Friday 9^th August: Ashford – Stanhope Estate Ball Cage, 10-3pm.
