We are encouraging everyone who trained at a boxing club before the onset of the Coronavirus outbreak to keep up the hard work – just to do it at home instead, where you are safe.
In order to help you, England Boxing has pulled together some of the boxing-related activities and resources from around the country that you can get involved with to stay active while observing government social distancing instructions.
Like a host of other sports, we are backing Sport England’s Join The Movement campaign which encourages to people to #StayInWorkOut.

Please note, this must be related to an amateur boxing club and be a free offering. No private companies or paid-for activities will be featured.
By using these activities and resources, boxers are doing this at their own risk and must ensure they have adequate and non-slip floor space in which to participate. They must also have no health concerns.

England Boxing’s Performance Coach and other Talent Coaches set their weekly five-day shadow boxing drills.

St Paul’s Boxing Academy
