Vacancy: Compliance and Safeguarding Manager

England Boxing is looking to employ a Compliance and Safeguarding Manager to educate, inform and apply the compliance and disciplinary regulations to ensure the delivery of the sport safely, fairly and with integrity.

As part of the Compliance Team, the successful candidate will execute and manage the compliance, safeguarding, regulatory and disciplinary function of the organisation, to ensure the sport operates in as safe a manner as possible and in accordance with the regulations.

Amongst a number of responsibilities, the role will require ensuring the organisation’s policies stay up-to-date, relevant and follow recognised industry best practices and, where applicable, national laws. In addition, these requirements must be communicated effectively and clearly to the membership through appropriate education, training and communication. The role will also require dealing with external agencies and organisations, for example, UKAD, LADOs, Police, and CPSU.

This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Head of Compliance. The role can be completed remotely, but will include regular travel across the country
