Another amazing day yesterday for Team GB out at the Youth Olympic Games with three boxers cementing their places into the finals and the 4th boxer in a box-off position for a bronze medal.

Karol controlled the bout from first bell to last – landing clean and powerful punches.  His eye-catching shots landed well as he eliminated the number two seed of the competition and a claimed a place into Thursday’s finals.

64kg Hassan Azim v RUS (Llia Popov) – lost 1:4

Hassan produced a top class performance against the Russian number 1 seed.  Hassan boxed to instructions and can be proud of his efforts in this contest which the Russian edged on a 4:1 split decision.
