Club Show Permits: Step-by-Step Guides

As the launch of Club Permits on The Locker approaches (June 11th), England Boxing’s Membership department has compiled step-by-step PDF guides to help streamline the process.
These guides can be found in the Resources section of The Locker, and focus on Regional Approval of Permits, Club Permit – Online Entries, Club Permit – Offline Entries and Club Permit – UKAF/PBA Permit.

Between June and October 1st 2025, it is at the discretion of your region whether to use The Locker or continue with the current permit application process.
From 1st October 2025 onwards, all club shows must have a permit issued through The Locker.
If you already have permits issued for upcoming shows, there is no need to take further action — those permits remain valid. However, your region may wish to transfer and update your permit to the new system; please reach out directly to your region for further instructions.
