England duo feature in #IAmTeamGB’s Festival of Sport promotion

Two teenage boxers on the England Talent Pathway have been photographed to feature in an online #IAmTeamGB campaign.
Images of Sameenah Toussaint, of Patrick Wilson School of Boxing, and Billy Adams, of Dagenham, are helping promote this summer’s Festival of Sport, which takes place on Saturday 14th August and Sunday 15th August and is inspired by Team GB’s involvement at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
Both boxers won national titles at the England Boxing National Youth Championships last February – the last major tournament staged before the onset of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
Photographed by Sam Mellish, Sameenah features on the front cover of an activity host guide, while the imagery of Billy is expected to be used in follow-up promotional material later in the summer.
All England Boxing clubs are invited to take part in #IAmTeamGB’s Festival of Sport, which is a celebration of movement, with free and fun activities taking place across the country to help you get up and get active.
There are plenty of ways to get involved, from larger hero activities that will feature Olympic sport taster sessions, giveaways and the opportunity to meet Team GB athletes to local leisure centres throwing open their doors to host ‘have a go’ activities.
Alternatively, there’s the option to ‘Create Your Own Activity’ and take part on a day and in a way that totally suits, and activities can be public or private.
