England Boxing puts learning at the heart of its coach education programme and is putting in place a system that encourages coaches to grow and develop their knowledge and skills.

Coaches will soon be able to choose from a range of modules/subjects to plan and manage their relevant learning opportunities over an extended period.

The revalidation period for England Boxing Level 1 Assistant Coach is three years.

The Level 1 Online Refresher course is designed for all England Boxing Level 1 Assistant coaches who need to renew their qualification before it expires.

Failure of an England Boxing Level 2 Full Coach course will function as revalidation for your current qualification. The England Boxing Level 1 Assistant Coach qualification expiry date will be amended on your Locker account to reflect the 3 additional years’ expiry date.

If your Level 1 Qualification has already expired, you must complete the full England Boxing Level 1 Assistant Coach course to regain certification and obtain your license.

If you have had to retake your England Boxing Level 1 Assistant Coaching course again due to a qualification expiry but have previously been registered with an active EB Coaching License within the past three years, England Boxing may – at its sole discretion – allow you to take an England Boxing Level 2 Full Coaching course earlier than the 1-year period stated. This is providing that all credentials and qualifications required to obtain your license are up to date, and past qualifications & EB Coaching Licenses can be satisfactorily evidenced using EB records.
