The England Boxing National Amateur Championships (NACs) has been creating legends since 1881 – and you can secure a 20% discount to see the latest set of belt winners crowned with our early bird offer.

Tickets are now on sale online for English amateur boxing’s showpiece occasion, England Boxing National Amateur Championships 2020 Finals Day, being held at Manchester Central on Saturday 25th April (2pm start, 1pm doors). You can get them here.

Under the competition’s former names of the ABAs and Elites, the list of former winners is a who’s who of English boxing.

Household names such as Henry Cooper, Frank Bruno (pictured above, winning in 1980), Nigel Benn, Ricky Hatton, Carl Froch, Tony Bellew, Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua, Nicola Adams, Savannah Marshall and Stacey Copeland are just a few of the former champions to subsequently rise to fame.

Last year, Delicious Orie, who has moved onto the GB Boxing programme, was among those to triumph, as was Demie-Jade Resztan, who claimed bronze medal at the 2019 Women’s World Boxing Championships in October.

Another stellar bout list is sure to be in place come Finals Day’s one-ring, under-the-lights set-up, with a host of contenders determined to prove beyond doubt they are the best in the country in front of the BBC television cameras.

So whether you want to cheer on a boxer or club you have a connection with – or simply want to check out potential stars of the future – then a great day out is ensured.

Advanced online bookings attract a 20% discount compared to on-the day prices, with prices £20 for adults, £12 for 65-plus, £8 for six to 15-years-old and free for five-year-olds and under. Advanced ticket prices are available until 1st April 2020.

With online purchases, you can choose to either have an e-ticket that can be scanned from your phone (photocopies of the scan code are not acceptable), or you can collect on the day via a dedicated ticket collection desk, which will avoid general admission queues. Book here.

Valid photographic ID is required upon entry to verify your ticket and age. Suitable forms of valid photographic ID include your passport, driver’s licence and any photographic ID that carries the PASS logo. Tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Manchester Central reserves the right of admission.

On-the-day prices will be £25 for adults, £15 for 65-plus, £10 for six to 15-years-old and free for five-year-olds and under.

“Following on from last year’s first online ticket sale for Finals Day, we have put tickets on sale much earlier this year, giving people the opportunity to plan and avoid on-the-day queues, as well as get a significant discount,” said competitions and Events Manager, Lynsey Lockey.

“It’s fantastic to be returning to Manchester Central, which proved to be the perfect venue last year for some highly-competitive boxing.

“England Boxing is also very excited to be joining forces with StubHub for the online ticket sale for Finals Day due to the two organisations’ mutual love of the sport of boxing.”
