This Mental Health Awareness Week it’s time to step up the fight for mental health.

During this pandemic, millions of us have struggled with our mental health like never before. We’ve seen our friends, our partners, our parents, our children and ourselves struggle. And we’ve seen that the support we all need still isn’t out there.

So this year, we’re supporting Mind to step up the fight for mental health. That means fighting for change, for fairness, for respect and for life-changing support.

Throughout the week, England Boxing will be sharing useful resources, articles and videos from our Box In Mind tutors and members.

This is the fight for mental health. This Mental Health Awareness Week, will you show the world you’ve joined us? Tell us why you are joining the fight for mental health this week.

To introduce England Boxings Mental Health Awareness Week support is Lynette Mayo, Membership Services Manager and Mental Health Lead.
