Job vacancy: Membership and Volunteer Manager

England Boxing has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Membership & Volunteer Manager to join our team.
As part of the Operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for playing a proactive role in the ‘Thriving Boxing Community’ element of England Boxing’s strategy, as well as having significant input into ‘A Respected and Valued NGB’ and other elements of the wider strategy.
This pivotal role will lead the development and day-to-day management of our Membership Services Department, supporting and enhancing the experience of our ever-expanding community. The successful candidate will play a key part in strengthening member and volunteer engagement, ensuring that everyone who connects with England Boxing receives a professional, efficient and first-class service.
Please note: the role will require flexible working hours, including occasional evening and weekend work, and attendance at National Championships.
Location: England Boxing’s head office at the English Institute of Sport, Coleridge Road, Sheffield. Hybrid working is permitted.
