
BUCS Boxing Championships 2026: Northumbria University top men’s standings for second consecutive year

Northumbria University’s men’s team reigned supreme for the second consecutive year at the BUCS Boxing Championships, finishing the competition with a medal haul of two gold, one silver and two bronze medals.
The results ensured Northumbria maintained their position at the top of the men’s team standings, while Liverpool John Moores University claimed first place in the women’s standings.
The British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) Boxing Championships 2026 took place from 23rd to 25th January at the University of Portsmouth, with almost 150 bouts contested across the weekend.
