England Boxing is delighted to announce its latest partnership with the UK’s leading sports bra expert, boobydoo, reaffirming our commitment to women’s health in boxing.
The collaboration will provide female boxers across England with expert guidance, access to high-quality sports bras, and vital education on breast support – benefiting athletes from grassroots to the elite England Performance pathway.
As a benefit of the partnership, England Performance’s female athletes will benefit from boobydoo’s expert fitting service and have access to high-quality sports bras, specially selected to meet the needs of each individual. boobydoo will also deliver crucial educational workshops to the athletes and coaches, raising vital awareness about proper breast support and empowering them with the knowledge to make informed choices on lasting support, comfort and performance going forward.
boobydoo brings over 20 years of expertise in supporting athletes across professional sports, schools, and organisations, making them the ideal partner for England Boxing. This collaboration reinforces our commitment to ensuring female athletes receive the right support they need to overcome physical barriers, train confidently and perform at their highest level.
boobydoo’s Director of Sports Brands, Charly Rhodes, said: “This partnership aligns perfectly with England Boxing’s commitment to increasing women’s participation in boxing and boobydoo’s mission of ensuring all women in sport are given the right choice in proper breast support.”
Chloe Hawes, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead at England Boxing, added: “England Boxing is extremely excited to be partnering with boobydoo as part of our wider efforts to make boxing a more accessible and inclusive sport and grow female participation.
“The education boobydoo will be providing our coaches and boxers with proper breast support is particularly key, and a part of the educate and empower strand of both the England Boxing strategy and Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan.
“With boobydoo’s products, members will have access to the correct support when participating in boxing, contributing to better breast health and awareness.”
Gieona Cuedajri, England Performance and Priory Park boxer who also studied female boxers in her university dissertation, spoke of her excitement about the partnership: “The right sports bra isn’t just kit — it’s performance, protection, and power. I think this is a brilliant idea and something so many female athletes will truly value.
“I often hear from women who struggle to find a sports bra that fits well, offers the right support, or gives enough protection. This partnership is about more than a product. It’s about education, research, and giving women and coaches the knowledge to optimise performance, protect health, and build confidence.
“I’m proud to support such a focused and much-needed step forward for women’s health in sport.”
Together, England Boxing and boobydoo aim to create an environment where every female boxer is fully supported, both in and out of the ring, empowering a new generation of confident, capable women across the sport.
