Development Championships 2022: Spectator info

The England Boxing National Development Championships 2022 heads for The Spiceball Leisure Centre, Banbury next weekend (Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd October) – and you can be there to watch it!

Some of the best up-and-coming female and male boxers in the country will battle it out in the bid to claim coveted titles in Junior Class A, Junior Class B, Youth and Senior classes.

Members of the public are welcome to attend, with the action starting at 11am (10am doors) on both days.

Tickets are available to purchase on the day only by cash or by card. Prices are £20 per adult, £10 per concession (over 65), £5 per child (six to 15-year-olds) and free for those five and under. Please note no £50 notes will be accepted.

No food and drink

Spectators are reminded that no food and drink is allowed in the arena.

Please stay seated

Once in the arena, spectators are reminded that they must remain seated at all times and not stand up against the ring barriers.

Should spectators stand, boxing will be stopped and will not continue until everyone is sat down. Please adhere to this instruction, not just out of respect for others, but also for everyone’s health and safety.

Parking and filming

There is no parking available at the venue. The town centre is a short walk where there are a host of pay and display car parks. The post code for the venue is OX16 2BW.

An England Boxing photographer and videographer, as well as live streaming, will be capturing footage on both days of the event that may include capturing images of spectators. By attending as a spectator, you agree this imagery can be used by England Boxing and other media outlets.
