England squad for first duel of 2020

England will take on Wales in a first duel of 2020 when they travel to Cardiff for bouts over the weekend of 8th and 9th February.

The action will take place at the Sports Wales National Centre, Sophia Gardens.

Boxers are asked to bring England Kit, BCR1 card, parental consent from, sparring gloves (14 oz minimum), headguard, gumshield, wraps, skipping rope, protector, running shoes, training clothes for between 5-6 sessions, bed-wear, toiletries and a towel for showering.

A completed and signed copy of a parental consent form is also required.

Lead Coach for the trip is Q Shillingford, who will be assisted by Shiney Singh, Rhuari Kane and Laura Sargeant.
