England Boxing Level 3 Senior Coach
The England Boxing Level 3 is currently our highest coaching award and is perfect for coaching in high performance.
The England Boxing Level 3 Senior Coach Award looks further into developing coaches who are actively working in high performance environments. This award builds upon the England Boxing Level 2 Full Coach award and additional experience gained by coaching regionally and nationally, providing an advanced level of knowledge for senior coaches.
The course aims to enable candidates to create an effective coaching environment, establish supportive working relationships, manage behaviour, and delve more into the coach’s philosophies and self-awareness.
Due to the high level and length of this learning programme, intake is once a year, and coaches must apply for an assessment to evaluate if their experience is suitable enough to undertake the course.
