Mental Health Charity, Mind, would like to find out about people’s experiences of mental health support through their Big Mental Health Survey.

They’d like to hear from anyone who is 16+ in England and Wales, those who have used or tried to use mental health primary care services (such as GP or practice nurse), secondary care services (like Community Mental Health Teams), or charity mental health support services in the past 12 months.

The findings from the survey will contribute towards their annual Big Mental Health Report which provides trusted information about the state of mental health in both England and Wales.

As it currently stands, mental health data is patchy. In order to build a better mental health system, decision makers need a clear and concise picture of what’s working well and what’s not.

The survey is crucial in helping us better understand where the biggest problems are and what needs to change.

What is shared could help push for better laws, build quality services and create a system that works for everyone.

Click here to complete the survey before the closing date of 4th May 2026.
