England Performance selects squad for Four Nations Championships

England Performance is delighted to announce the squad selected to represent the Three Lions at the upcoming Four Nations Championships in Motherwell, Scotland.
The competition will take place at the Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility from 11th – 14th June, bringing together the very best boxers from England, Scotland, Wales and, once again, Boxing Ireland in an expanded format.
Action will be split across the four days, with U19 and Senior categories taking centre stage on 11th and 12th June before U15 and U17 boxers contesting their semi-finals and finals on 13th and 14th June.
A total of 80 boxers have been selected to represent England, comprising 45 male and 35 female athletes from across the country. The Championships provide another important opportunity for England’s top talent to gain valuable experience against high-quality opposition.
Leading the coaching teams for each age group will be David Johnston (U15), John Hodkinson (U17), Mick Maguire (U19) and Amanda Coulson (Senior). They will be supported by a team of 14 additional coaches (listed below), while Tyrone Harold will serve as Team Manager for the U15 and U17 squads, and Martin Webb will oversee the U19 and Senior teams.
England Boxing will also be represented by a strong team of officials, with 10 travelling to North Lanarkshire to support the delivery of the Championships. Darren Beech, Dave Porter, John Green, Les Benham, Mohammad Alsanawi, Rob Wileman, Simon Mullen, Sonya Lanchbury, Stu Mac and Wayne Armstrong will all make the journey.
