The semi-finals and finals of the England Boxing National Schools Championships 2019 will be staged at the K2 in Crawley, it can be revealed.

The Sussex venue will host three rings that will run concurrently to get through a busy programme for boxers born in 2005 (Class B), 2006 (Class A) and 2007 (Cadets).

It sees the final England Boxing National Championships of the 2018-19 season come to the south of country, following on from the Youths (Banbury), Juniors (Rotherham) and NACs (Manchester and Nottingham).

“It’s a pleasure to be going to the K2 for the England Boxing National Schools Championships 2019, a competition which has once again proved very popular,” said Competitions and Events Manager Lynsey Lockey.

“It is a venue that offers excellent facilities, both for the boxers and their coaches, as well as the paying spectators who come along to watch.

“The three-ring set-up means it is sure to be an atmosphere to enjoy and already we’re looking forward to some superb boxing.”

K2 is situated just off the M23 between London and Brighton. The address is Pease Pottage Hill, Tilgate Drive, Crawley, RH11 9BQ. You can view the location on a map here.
