England Boxing National Amateur Championships 2019 – Finals Day tickets on sale now!

Tickets have today gone on sale for the showpiece occasion of the domestic amateur boxing calendar – England Boxing’s National Amateur Championships 2019 Finals Day.

Held at the historic Manchester Central a week on Saturday, 13th April, you can watch the boxing stars of tomorrow demonstrate their skills in their bid to become a national champion.

Former winners of the Championships, that were first staged in 1881, include Henry Cooper, Alan Minter, John Conteh, Nigel Benn, Frank Bruno, Carl Froch, George Groves, Ricky Hatton, Tony Bellew, Nicola Adams, Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury and Stacey Copeland.

The adult boxers who compete on Finals Day in 19 categories – 11 male and nine female – will do so in weights ranging from Under 49kg to over 91kg.

They will have already made it through regional qualifiers and pre quarter-finals, quarter-finals and semi-finals, being staged at Nottingham’s Harvey Hadden Sports Village this weekend (Friday 5th, Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th April).

Tickets prices for Finals Day are £25 adults, £15 concessions (65+) and £10 children (6 to 15-year-olds), while Under 5s are free.
