Women from all cohorts of the England Boxing Women’s Coach Development Programme came together in Birmingham this past weekend for an Alumni event which also played host to the graduation of the first Women’s Officials Development Programme.

Suzanne Walters, a volunteer at Riddings ABC in the East Midlands, has found her place in the sport of boxing through her son and now has aspirations of becoming a Grade A England Boxing official.

Nida Khalid is a Grade B judge and a Grade C referee. The London region official got into the sport through her Master's degree and has gone on to achieve more than she anticipated. Despite this, she has one eye on becoming IBA accredited.
